A Tablet for 35 Dollars???

India Launches the world’s cheapest tablet!! WOW
Hmmm!! Not bad in  just 35 $!!

world's cheapest tablet launch
Hey guys. It’s a proven fact that India has been in the top for recent years in manufacturing “world’s cheapest…” stuff. From the world’s cheapest car, India has managed to spread it’s wings to WORLD’S CHEAPEST TABLET too.

Named Aakash, the tablet contains almost all the features a typical user would need. And believe me or not guys, when you say cheaper this is SUPER CHEAP.
It will cost only $35 for students within India and $60 at the market. The Government has also decided to give 100,000 tablet free as a promotion.
With the rising of China by making and promoting all the cheap stuff, one must agree that India has done a great job too unless China comes up with the smarter but cheaper tablet than Aakash.

You might be thinking that how much of a quality can we expect for 35 dollars right? Here are the general features it has.
  •  Android 2.2 Froyo,
  • 7-inch touchscreen,
  • Weighs 350 grams
  • 2 GB of internal memory
  • 256 MB of RAM
  • Two USB ports
  •  The 2100mAh battery should last for two to three hours.
Although it comes pre-loaded with some apps, it does not access the Android Marketplace. I mean common guys, what more can you expect from a tab of 60 dollars with all the above mentioned cool features right?
Also the development team of this tab says that it has been tested in 118 degree Fahrenheit conditions to replicate northern India’s summer. So if anyone has had that question well I think now……. he has got the answer for it.
Well this is only the start, I guess if this makes a huge success, it’ll definitely open eyes of the US and the China Markets.
